On September 25, 2015, Daniel J. Morgan, Snyder's-Lance, Inc.'s (the "Company") Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, notified the Company that he is resigning effective October 16, 2015 to pursue another opportunity.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
Francis B. Schuster, the Company's Senior Vice President of Sales, has been named the Company's Chief Sales Officer, effective immediately.
