Banc of California, Inc. Declares Quarterly Preferred Stock Dividends

IRVINE, Calif., (August 20, 2015) – Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per depository share on the Company’s 8.00% Series C Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock. The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2015 to holders of record as of September 1, 2015. The Series C depositary shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the “BANC PRC” symbol.

The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.460938 per depository share on the Company’s 7.375% Series D Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock. The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2015 to holders of record as of September 1, 2015. The Series D depositary shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the “BANC PRD” symbol.
