Item 8.01. Other Events
On May 29, 2015 Firsthand Technology Value Fund, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that CEO Kevin Landis will be presenting at the LD Micro Invitational Investor Conference on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 11:30am PDT / 2:30pm EDT. Kevin will be providing a general update on the Fund and discussing the latest additions to the portfolio. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
