Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 18, 2015, Blue Dolphin Energy Company, a Delaware corporation (“Blue Dolphin”), issued a press release reporting its financial results for the three month period ended March 31, 2015 and its financial condition as of March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
