On March 31, 2015, Star Mountain Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) dismissed West Coast Stock Transfer, Inc. as its transfer agent and registrar of the Company’s securities, effective as of close of business on March 31, 2015. Effective April 1, 2015, the Company appointed VStock Transfer, LLC to act as the transfer agent and registrar of the Company’s securities.
