On December 29, 2014, Adam B. Dolder tendered his resignation, effective immediately, as a member of the board of directors of Connecture, Inc. (the “Company”).
Mr. Dolder’s decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
