(b)-(e) As previously reported, Kelly A. Walters, President and Chief Executive Officer of Supertel Hospitality, Inc., informed the company’s Board of Directors of his plan to leave his position as President and Chief Executive Officer upon the earlier of the company hiring a replacement or at the end of the year, December 31, 2014. Mr. Walters has agreed with the Company to extend his departure date of December 31, 2014 to January 31, 2015. A letter with respect to this matter is filed with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 10.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
