On October 28, 2014, Mantra Venture Group Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the award of a NSERC Strategic Project Grant along with their collaborator, Professor Daniel Guay of the Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS).
A copy of the press release that discusses this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.01 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
