Item 8.01    Other Events.
On September 25, 2014, management of Galena Biopharma, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release and subsequently hosted a conference call and webcast to provide a corporate update.  The call reviewed:
•
An update to corporate policies and procedures;
•
A discussion and update on the NeuVax Phase 3 PRESENT trial including the process, current enrollment numbers and timelines; and
•
A discussion around Abstral sales strategy and an adjustment of guidance to $8 to $10 million net revenue in 2014.
