Explanatory Note
On August 29, 2014, Anchor Bancorp Wisconsin Inc. (the “Registrant”) released the results of the votes held at its August 27, 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”). This filing corrects a tabulation error in the previously reported figures.
