Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 5, 2014, Kandi Technologies Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation announced that it closed its previously announced registered direct offering of 4,127,908 units for a gross proceeds of $71 million on September 4, 2014.
