On September 3, 2014, NB&T Financial Group, Inc. (“NBTF”) distributed to its employees a set of questions and answers related to the proposed merger of NBTF with Peoples Bancorp Inc. A copy of NBTF’s questions and answers document, as distributed, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
