On August 14, 2014, Panera Bread Company announced that Scott G. Davis, Executive Vice President, Chief Concept and Innovation Officer, will take a sabbatical beginning October 1, 2014. Mr. Davis is expected to return from his sabbatical on January 1, 2015. During the sabbatical, Mr. Davis will continue to receive all employment benefits in accordance with his pre-existing employment terms.
