On May 20, 2014, La Quinta Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of the Company’s operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 on a pro forma basis after giving effect to the Company’s initial public offering and the related transactions described in therein, as well as the results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 of the Company’s predecessor entities on a historical basis. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in this Item 2.02.
