Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 17, 2014, Stephen F. Schuckenbrock resigned from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Accretive Health, Inc. (the “Company”), effective October 2, 2014, which is the expiration date of the current term of his employment agreement. Mr. Schuckenbrock will continue to serve as a director of the Company.
