GLOBAL BRASS AND COPPER HOLDINGS, INC. ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND
Quarterly dividend of $0.0375 per share to be paid on March 24, 2014
Schaumburg, IL., February 24, 2014 Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BRSS) (GBC or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share for the fourth quarter of 2013 that will be paid on March 24, 2014, to shareholders of record on the close of business on March 7, 2014.
We remain pleased with our progress as a new public company and remain excited for our future, said John Walker, GBCs Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
The declaration and payment of any future dividend will be subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend on a variety of factors, including the Companys financial condition and results of operations, contractual restrictions, including restrictive covenants contained in the Companys indenture to its 9.50% senior secured notes and in its credit agreement governing its asset-based revolving loan facility.
