On February 17, 2014, William M. Austin, our Senior Vice President and a member of our board of directors, notified us of his pending retirement from both positions, to be effective on April 4, 2014. Mr. Austin also plans to retire, effective April 4, 2014, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Exterran Holdings, Inc., the owner of our general partner.
