Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
On February 12, 2014, Lloyd Carney, a member of our Board of Directors, informed the Chairman of our Board of Directors that he will not stand for re-election at the Company’s next annual meeting of stockholders in May 2014 due to his extensive responsibilities as CEO of Brocade Communication Systems. Mr. Carney will serve out the remainder of his term, which ends on May 9, 2014.
