Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 28, 2013, PS Business Parks reported its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 and that it acquired 559,000 Square Feet of Flex Buildings for $27.9 Million in Dallas, Texas. The full text of the press release is furnished as exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
