Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 15, 2013, Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s financial results for the period ended June 30, 2013 which is also disclosed in Company’s Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 14, 2013, and that it has retained OEM Capital as its exclusive financial advisor to explore strategic alternatives.
A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
