Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 8, 2013, Mr. William G. Evans resigned from his position as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company effective as of August 13, 2013. Mr. Evans has served as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company since August 2011. Mr. Evan’s resignation is not due to a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
