On July 26, 2013, Viasystems Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s second quarter 2013 results conference call to be held on August 6, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
On August 6, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing the Company’s second quarter 2013 earnings, a copy of which is attached as an exhibit hereto.
