Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On August 6, 2013, Learning Tree International, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release setting forth its results for its third quarter of fiscal year 2013, which ended June 28, 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On August 6, 2013 the Company will hold an earnings conference call to discuss the Results of Operations and Financial Condition for its third quarter of fiscal 2013 and to provide an outlook for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013 at 4:30 PM (EDT).
