On July 29, 2013, Flotek Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing preliminary financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. The June 29, 2013 press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Also on July 29, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing that it had entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Keller, Texas based Eclipse IOR Services, LLC. The July 29, 2013 press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
