Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 2, 2013, Universal Stainless and Alloy Products, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding a new five-year collective bargaining agreement covering the hourly employees at the Company’s Bridgeville facility. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
