Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective June 14, 2013, Von Cameron resigned from his position as Executive Vice President, Sales, of Smith Micro Software, Inc. (the “Company”). The Company is currently negotiating a separation package with Mr. Cameron, which will be reported on an amendment to this Report on Form 8-K once determined.
Also effective June 14, 2013, Dan Rawlings, previously Chief Strategy Officer of the Company, was appointed to the position of Chief Revenue Officer, and will assume the responsibilities and functions previously performed by Mr. Cameron.
