Item 1.01 Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement
Effective May 15, 2013, we executed the Third Amendment to First Amended and Restated Construction Loan agreement with First National Bank of Omaha (the "Loan Amendment"). Pursuant to the Loan Amendment, the maturity date of our short-term revolving line of credit was extended to April 15, 2014 and the maximum principal balance was increased to $10 million.
