Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 21, 2013, Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s financial results for the period ended December 31, 2012, which is also disclosed in Company’s Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 19, 2013, completion of AIMS testing for the TS-4530A Program and the expected production release for the ITATS Program.
A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
