Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 20, 2012, we issued a press release announcing the closing of two previously disclosed financings: (1) a royalty financing arrangement with Royalty Pharma and (2) the second tranche closing of a $25.0 million loan facility with a syndicate of lenders led by Oxford Finance LLC with Silicon Valley Bank and Horizon Technology Finance Corporation. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
