4.5 Explanation necessary for an understanding of the transactions

Total cash at end of quarter in 1.23 does not include $18.8M in net proceeds from the sale of common stock on 5 July 2012. On a pro forma basis, after giving effect to the sale of common stock and related expenses, the cash balance would have been $32.6M as of 30 June 2012.

Restricted cash of $2,400 is included in 4.2 Deposits at call amount of $3,755 in the current quarter. This amount fully secures a related borrowing and is not available for use until the amount borrowed is fully repaid.
