PRGX Global, Inc. (the “Company”) is saddened to announce the passing of William C. Copacino, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, on May 17, 2012. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing Mr. Copacino’s death is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
