Swift Energy Company (the “Company”) amended the First Amended and Restated Swift Energy Company 2005 Stock Compensation Plan, dated November 4, 2008 (as amended, the “Plan”) to remove the Reload Options feature from (1) all outstanding Stock Options as of May 1, 2012 and (2) all Stock Options granted on or after May 1, 2012.
The description of the amendment set forth above does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the amendment, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated by reference herein.
