(e) Effective April 16, 2012, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an amendment to its employment agreement with Barry Goldstein, its President, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, pursuant to which, effective January 1, 2012 and continuing through the term of the agreement, Mr. Goldstein’s annual base salary was increased to $450,000.
The foregoing description of the amendment to Mr. Goldstein’s employment agreement with the Company does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the amendment filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K which is incorporated by reference herein.
