Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago Industries) is filing herewith a press release issued on March 8, 2012, as Exhibit 99.1 which is included herein. The press release was issued to report that on March 15, 2012, Winnebago Industries anticipates announcing its financial results for its second quarter of Fiscal 2012 ended February 25, 2012. In connection with the announcement, Winnebago Industries will host a conference call on March 15, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Central time. Details regarding the conference call are contained in the press release included herein.
