Effective January 9, 2012, Michael G. Marcely, the principal accounting officer of Spartech Corporation (the “Company”), moved to a different role within the Company and relinquished his role as principal accounting officer. Concurrent with this change, Randy C. Martin, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, added the role of principal accounting officer to his existing responsibilities.
