CORPORATE CAPITAL TRUST SECURES CREDIT FACILITY

(ORLANDO, Fla.) August 26, 2011 – Corporate Capital Trust, an innovative non-traded business development company that invests primarily in privately owned American companies, announced that it has closed with Deutsche Bank on a new credit facility of $75 million expandable to $250 million. This 24-month credit facility may commence after net asset value reaches $15 million.

“We are pleased to form this relationship with Deutsche Bank and believe that the addition of this credit facility will allow Corporate Capital Trust to further execute on the opportunities we are seeing in the market,” said Andy Hyltin, President and CEO of Corporate Capital Trust. “We intend to maintain a conservative level of leverage that is in line with our investment strategy as we draw down capital.”
