Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On Monday, May 16, 2011, Ferro Corporation (the "Company") announced plans for a live Webcast of presentations to analysts and investors on May 26, 2011, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Members of the Company's management team, including Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, James F. Kirsch, will make presentations during the meeting.
The live audio Webcast of the presentation can be accessed through the "Investor Information" portion of the Company's Website located at:
http://www.ferro.com
Copies of the presentation slides will be available on the morning of the meeting, and can be accessed from the Company's Website. A replay of the Webcast and the presentation slides will be available for 30 days.
