Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 10, 2011, the Company reported results for its fiscal year 2010 which ended December
26, 2010. In addition, on March 10, 2011 the Company held a conference call to discuss these
results. A copy of the Company’s press release and a transcript of the conference call are
attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are
incorporated herein by reference.
