Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 29, 2009, CBIZ, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its
financial results for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2009. A copy of the
press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. A transcript of CBIZ’s earnings conference
call held on October 29, 2009 is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2. The exhibits contain, and may
