Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 7 2021, Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc. (the "Company") distributed a press release announcing shareholder distributions for the second quarter of 2021. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
Item 8.01 Other Events
The Company has announced an increase in monthly distributions from $0.02916 per share month to $0.03333 per share per month. The distribution increase, which is subject to review on a monthly basis, took effect from the second quarter of 2021, and is payable to all shareholders of record.
