Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 10, 2021, Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing and will hold a press conference regarding its results of operations for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 23, 2021, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer Kevin Helash issued a letter to the Company’s shareholders with respect to the matters addressed in Item 2.02 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. A copy of the letter to shareholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
