THIRD QUARTER DIVIDEND

Berwick, Pennsylvania –September 11, 2020 - First Keystone Corporation (OTC PINK: FKYS), parent company of First Keystone Community Bank, declared a $0.27 per share quarterly cash dividend on August 25, 2020, to shareholders of record as of September 10, 2020, payable September 30, 2020.

Total cash dividends per share will be $.81 as of September 30, 2020, the same amount paid for the period ending September 30, 2019.
