Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
On June 12, 2020, NexPoint Capital, Inc. (the Company) held its annual meeting of stockholders. At the meeting, the Companys stockholders elected Dr. Bob Froehlich as a Class II director of the Company to serve for a three-year term expiring at the 2023 Annual Meeting of stockholders or until his successor is duly elected and qualifies.
