Events.
On July
7, 2020, SeD Intelligent Home Inc. (the “Company”)
changed its name to LiquidValue Development Inc. Effective as of
July 13, 2020, the Company’s symbol has changed from SEDH to
LVDW to reflect the Company’s new name.
