ITEM 8.01 - OTHER EVENTS

On April 6, 2020, Company management determined that it is in the best interest of the Company to extend the regularly scheduled annual temporary shutdown of the Company’s ethanol production operations, which commenced on or about April 3, 2020, until April 17, 2020. The Company utilizes the regularly scheduled annual temporary shutdown period to perform maintenance and other operational improvements, and, in observance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s social distancing guidelines, the Company is staggering the presence of contractors on its premises. Additionally, the Company is considering whether an additional period of idle after April 17, 2020 is appropriate, due to market risks and uncertainties related to the COVID-19 pandemic and its ramifications. The Company will continue to consider the information available to it and will provide additional disclosure in the event that the Company chooses to extend the idle period.
