Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

 

On April 6, 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company amended Article III, Section 2 of the Company’s bylaws to increase the number of directors from ten to eleven. The amended and restated bylaws are filed as Exhibit 3.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
