Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

 

(1)         On March 27, 2020, the Company entered into a definitive agreement with International Aero Engines, LLC (“IAE”) for the purchase of four modern technology Pratt & Whitney aircraft engines, with delivery by March 31, 2020.  The value of the transaction is $72.8 million at IAE’s 2020 list prices.

 

(2)         On March 31, 2020, the Company entered into a definitive agreement with General Electric Company (“GE”) for the purchase of three modern technology GE aircraft engines, with delivery on March 31, 2020.  The value of the transaction is $99.5 million at GE’s 2020 list prices.
