Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 8, 2019, the Company completed the sale and leaseback of the remaining four A319 aircraft, powered by CFM56-5B engines, with easyJet Airline Company Limited, which transaction was previously reported in the Form 8-K filed with the Commission on December 21, 2018.

On January 8, 2019, the Company also issued a press release regarding this completed sale and leaseback transaction with easyJet Airline Company Limited. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
