On December 10, 2018, Xperi Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Xperi entered into an agreement with Samsung Electronics, Co., Ltd. (“Samsung”) to settle and dismiss all pending litigation between them. In conjunction with the settlement, Samsung entered into a new patent license agreement with the Company.  A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
