Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 27, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing its estimated catastrophe losses resulting from the Camp Fire and the Woolsey Fire that occurred in November 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The press release is furnished and not filed pursuant to Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K.
